What is Colend ?

Colend began as a web3 collective united by a shared passion to kickstart the BTCFi movement. The project started by drafting A Manifesto to guide team efforts followed by the launch of the successful Alpha NFT collection with multiple utilities. Today, Colend focuses on facilitating peer-to-peer cryptocurrency lending and borrowing.

Available on Core, a Bitcoin layer using Satoshi's consensus, Colend gradually delivers a suite of autonomous and complementary features within its Ecosystem.

Inspired by battle-tested smart contracts, Colend ensures security and efficiency, providing a stable foundation for its primitive infrastructure. The protocol is an evolved version aggregating innovative features which have requested comprehensive audits to further ensure integrity and reliability.
